WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: Minimum: $57,500 MidPoint: $74,500 Maximum: $91,500, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data from sources like the UEBA platform, triage alerts, and share actionable insights on potential insider risks. Ability to analyze data from open source intelligence sources and deliver timely threat assessments and recommendations.
- Partner with other stakeholders in business areas such as Legal, HR, Information Security, Physical Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management.
- Lead Insider Risk Program Awareness efforts by participating on the Security education Training and Awareness team and draft content to be shared on the Company's communication channels.
- Identify and respond to anomalous activities, escalate alerts per guidelines, and lead or assist in investigation and remediation efforts.
- Contribute to tool optimization and automation to improve workflows, assess risk levels, and streamline analysis processes.

PREFERRED:
- BA/BS in business, criminal justice, communications, or a related field.
- Experienced in data analysis, external physical and geo-political threat detection, insider threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics.
- Proficient in using Excel or SQL for analyzing complex datasets.
- Skilled with SIEM/UEBA tools, DLP, firewall logs, and other technical monitoring systems.
