We are seeking a talented and strategic HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging workforce data to drive informed decision-making and optimize HR processes. You will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement innovative solutions, and deliver measurable results.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $100,000-140,000 plus annual bonus opportunity
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities. Translate data into actionable insights by developing compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.Collaborate with HR leaders to interpret data and translate findings into strategic initiatives
- Process Optimization: Implement innovative solutions and leverage technology to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage HR systems or other technologies to automate tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and IT teams to foster collaboration and alignment.Provide strategic HR consulting services to support business objectives.
- Project Management: Effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Communicate project status and results to key stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with a preference on holding a variety of HR roles with a strong focus on data analysis and process improvement
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, SQL, Visier, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

- Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:
- CBP, CCP, CEBS, PHR, SPHR designations or demonstrated progress towards such designations and/or specific HR certifications in areas of discipline.
