We’re looking for a Data Analytics Developer to shape our direct-to-consumer marketing efforts with impactful data insights and innovative solutions. If you're passionate about diving into data, creating intuitive reports, and collaborating with business and IT teams, this role is your opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $74,000 - $96,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Remote opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Build and enhance data analytics and reporting to drive our marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Leverage SQL to deliver actionable insights and ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate across teams, including business units, IT, and external vendors, to implement business intelligence solutions.
  • Manage internal and external data feeds, ensuring compliance and smooth data-sharing processes.
  • Create user-friendly reporting using Tableau and other data visualization tools.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in SQL for writing, testing, and enhancing queries.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, BOE, Python, Snowflake, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and vendors.
  • A proactive approach to solving data challenges and driving improvements.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
