The Contract Analyst (or Sr. Contract Analyst, dependent on experience) will create and issue detailed policy documentation, including certificates, schedules, and amendments, ensuring alignment with sold coverage. Will also review and analyze case details to determine coverage intent, handling both standard and complex non-standard cases for new and existing groups.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Contract Analyst: $22.75 - $29.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sr. Contract Analyst: $25.00 - $31.50 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Review and analyze case information to ensure requested coverage aligns with policyholder needs.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and field representatives to resolve discrepancies and clarify coverage details.
  • Create, format, and issue key documents like policies, certificates, schedules, and amendments.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinating with compliance teams as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and maintain reports to track progress and ensure timely service.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Knowledge of insurance coverages, contract terminology, or group claims processing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other PC tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant state and federal laws.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the greater Omaha, NE area.
