WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)

Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-
Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs, Microservices, and JavaScript to deliver scalable solutions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to design and implement innovative apps, APIs, and data solutions, ensuring reliability with unit testing (JUnit/Spock) and version control best practices.

Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders, stepping into roles as needed—whether as a developer, or mentor — to drive project success.

Gain deep business knowledge to proactively address challenges while investigating new technologies to improve development efficiency.
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability, balancing tradeoffs while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- At least five years of experience overcoming challenges in a full-stack application development and implementation environment using the following skills:
- Advanced level Java, Spring / Spring Boot, SQL, Rest APIs, Microservices
- Frontend experience in a JavaScript framework (React preferred)
- Proficient in developing unit tests (JUnit/Spock) and adept at version control
- Demonstrates a collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork
- Motivated to explore and adopt new technologies through diligent research and investigation
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
