The Sales Support Representative serves as initial contact for third party external marketers & wholesalers across multiple product lines for Brokerage and Agency Sales. You will research and provide answers to multiple product lines questions related to contracting, products, quoting/illustrations, new business, status calls, basic questions on commissions, and overall sales process. You will also handle Sales Professional Access training, registration and navigation with producers, as well as utilize resources to support service delivery resulting in retaining and/or growing the business to help achieve annual sales goals.

  • Estimated hourly Wage: $25.00 - 31.50, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Operate toll-free lines to assist Brokerage & Agency Network partners with inquiries on products, sales processes, and pre-sale needs, employing in-depth product training and knowledge of systems, policies, and regulations. 
  • Manage high call volumes by analyzing, processing, and communicating outcomes for incoming inquiries, quoting, new business applications, and marketing materials support. 
  • Collaborate with home office partners to ensure prompt and accurate problem resolution, aiming for compliant and positive service experiences. 
  • Utilize various systems to enter data, run product quotes/illustrations, and interpret data, informing producers of requirements required and associated within different product lines.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions, suggesting process improvements and enhancements while staying updated on industry changes, regulations, and company procedures, fostering effective relationships with internal and external partners. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Prior insurance industry experience; Health and Life License required.
  • Proficient in computer systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, Appointments & Licensing, and Amazon Connect.
  • Skilled in case design support, including running product illustrations.
  • Comfortable leading training webinars and supporting producers with product knowledge.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with the ability to work with urgency and accountability.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain regular and predictable attendance with adherence to department expectations. Willingness and ability to adapt to a changing environment and to learn new skills.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
