WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Engineer I: $95,000-$115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage in technical efforts across the team, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth initiatives and collaborating with team members and an external vendors.
  • Collaborate in project planning and execution, focusing on backend, testing, and system integration while solving complex technical challenges.
  • Drive code quality through code reviews, best practices, and fostering a culture of maintainable, testable code.
  • Support  IBM Content Navigator, including building and modifying customized plug-ins and code modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to capture, ingestion, or storage across all supported platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3 or more years of experience in Backend & API expertise including: Java/JavaScript, RESTful API development, and event-driven architecture (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
  • Cloud & Containerization knowledge with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and experience integrating Spring Boot framework.
  • Strong data management skills with SQL (DB2, SQL Server) and MuleSoft experience for API integration and management.
  • Agile mindset with experience in iterative development environments, using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience within Process and Systems based API’s
