We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused technician to support our internal users with desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to grow in IT.

  • Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $31.50, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot device and application delivery technologies and systems.
  • Package and ship equipment to remote and onsite employees as needed. Decommission and pre-provision devices for end users.
  • Act as a liaison with business units to understand needs and deliver solutions. Gather requirements to ensure appropriate technology is deployed for the customer.
  • Develop and document tasks, procedures, and processes for hardware/software installation. Assist in capacity planning and demand forecasting.
  • Participate in projects as a technical representative.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience with device pre-provisioning through device decommissioning. Experience in packaging and shipping IT equipment.
  • Skill in identifying and resolving problems with computer hardware and software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and obtain consensus from multiple parties.
  • Ability to ensure appropriate security and privacy measures are implemented.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States.

PREFERRED:

  • Requires advanced level technical understanding of hardware and software.
  • Focus on analysis, development, modification, installation, testing, and maintenance.
