Seeking a Test Automation and Quality Engineering leader responsible for building scalable automated testing frameworks and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software faster. This role collaborates across engineering and product teams to embed quality early, modernize testing practices, and improve coverage, reliability, and efficiency across multiple platforms.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
    • Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test assets 

  • Accelerate quality delivery through automated testing frameworks and team enablement, reducing reliance on manual testing 

  • Establish strong automation foundations through framework setup, onboarding, training, and hands-on consultation with teams 

  • Partner with engineers, product owners, and delivery teams to embed quality early and continuously 

  • Enable teams to adopt modern testing practices across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing 

  • Support legacy and modern platforms while driving continuous improvement and modernization of test automation practices 

  • Analyze testing gaps and provide recommendations to improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency 

  • Mentor and coach team members on test automation strategies, tools, and best practices 

  • Contribute to enterprise wide quality standards, patterns, and continuous improvement efforts 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks 

  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and quality engineering practices 

  • Hands-on experience with UI, API, and integration test automation 

  • Ability to enable and influence teams through collaboration, training, and consultation 

  • Preferred to have experience in one or more of the test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Karate 

  • Experience with Git and deploying code via Github Actions 

  • Comfort working across multiple teams and technology stacks 

  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation and quality 

  • Experience with performance testing desired
