As our Operations Program Manager (or Sr. Operations Program Manager, depending on experience), you'll lead large-scale logistics projects, manage meaningful budgets, and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas. If you’re comfortable operating independently, solving problems proactively, and bringing structure to complex, multi-team initiatives, this role offers significant impact and visibility.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Operations Program Manager: $68,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sr. Operations Program Manager: $75,500 - $97,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead implementation of complex DTC (Direct to Consumer) print campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage and report on all campaign financials, including budget development, forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Strategic oversight of USPS spend, which includes advanced understanding of USPS regulations and best practices to ensure compliance, optimize postage costs and maximize efficiency in all mailing operations.  
  • Consults with stakeholder areas, including Brand Marketing, DTC Marketing, business product areas, Quality Assurance, vendors and more, plan ongoing supplier strategies to minimize various types of risk while maximizing value, flexibility and leverage. Work closely with suppliers to fully understand their business and drive innovation.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices that increase operational efficiency and strengthen future campaign performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Advanced knowledge of commercial printing techniques and processes, USPS regulations and practices, managing supplier expectations, marketing, insurance industry practices, and general business knowledge. 
  • Proven experience leading complex print or operations programs, ideally within Direct-to-Consumer, direct response, or another regulated industry
  • Strong financial experience, including budget oversight and expense management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, in cross-functional areas as well as with supplier senior management.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow tools, AI, proofing tools and the ability to learn new software support tools as needed, such as Workfront.
  • Working knowledge of marketing distribution channels, campaign production workflows, and compliance-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results independently.
