 We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. In this role, you will partner with Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and business stakeholders to configure, code, and implement health insurance products within a product definition platform. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions that support product launches, enhancements, and ongoing business needs.

 Please Note: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with associates expected to work from the Omaha office as needed to support business objectives and team collaboration. 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: Business Intelligence Developer: $75,500 - $97,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and business stakeholders to implement new health insurance products and product enhancements.
  • Configure, code, test, and maintain product definitions within the organization's product definition platform.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using structured data formats and technologies such as JSON, XML, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product configuration issues while ensuring solution quality, accuracy, and adherence to business requirements.
  • Participate in requirements reviews, testing activities, production implementations, and documentation of technical solutions.
  • Support process improvements, automation opportunities, and emerging AI-enabled initiatives that enhance business and operational capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience with product definition coding, system configuration, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with structured data formats and markup languages, such as JSON and XML, for data integration, API consumption, and data exchange.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage complex business challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms, AI-enabled analytics, machine learning initiatives, or modern data technologies.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with Snowflake, SQL development, data modeling, or cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products and product implementation processes.
