WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $123,000 - $185,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive Strategic Decision-Making – Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to provide data-driven insights that shape business strategies.
  • Lead High-Impact Initiatives – Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive long-term success.
  • Collaborate Across the Business – Partner with business unit leaders and key stakeholders to implement and support strategic projects effectively.
  • Measure & Report Success – Monitor key performance indicators and milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability in strategic execution.
  • Deliver Executive-Level Insights – Provide senior leadership with strategic intelligence to support informed decision-making and business growth.
  • Enhance Stakeholder Communications – Develop compelling content for external stakeholders, including investors and rating agencies.
  • Foster a High-Performing Team – Build and maintain an engaged, accountable workforce while promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Self-Motivated & Action-Oriented – Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to new responsibilities.
  • Market & Financial Analysis Expertise – 4-6 years of experience conducting market analysis, financial modeling, and leveraging data to drive strategic business insights.
  • Strategic Leadership & Project Execution – Proven ability to lead projects, manage competing priorities, and navigate change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Influential Communicator & Negotiator – Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build lasting relationships across all levels. Proven track record of success in building trust and respect with senior executives.
  • Compelling Presenter & Mentor – Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to teach, develop others, and communicate insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related discipline is highly desirable.
  • Robust understanding of GAAP and Statutory Accounting principles.
  • Experience conducting market analysis and financial modeling.
  • Insurance Industry experience.
