We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic and Financial Planning to coordinate strategic and financial planning activities and collaborate with cross functional teams to align business objectives with sustainable growth.   • Estimated Salary: $123,000-$209.000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Coordinates the development of strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration, engaging stakeholders to align on strategic direction and key initiatives.
  • Monitors performance and mitigates risks, evaluating financial outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Drives process improvements in strategic and financial planning, enhancing analysis tools and efficiencies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience & Expertise – 1-3 years experience coordinating strategic and financial activities and collaborating with cross functional teams to algin business objectives with sustainable growth. 
  • Analytical & Data-Driven – Ability to analyze complex data, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong Communication & Influence – Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable – Natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a team-focused mindset.
  • Leadership & Development – Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to foster growth in others while driving execution with a bias toward action.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Educational Background – Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Leadership Experience – 4-6 years of proven leadership in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
  • Professional Certifications – Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Consultative Experience – Proven experience in providing business unit or enterprise-driven consultancy, solutions, support, or services.
