WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary:$74,000-$95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic business decisions
  • Provide content development support for external stakeholders including investors and rating agencies etc.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and key stakeholders to support the implementation of strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and milestones of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide strategic insights and intelligence to senior leadership for informed decision making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning in financial strategy and corporate intelligence.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Expertise in finance and/or strategy, preferably within the insurance industry, with a focus on capital markets, corporate intelligence, and strategic financial analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely execution of financial projects, rating agency reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities with ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts, GAAP and statutory accounting principles, in insurance is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights, navigate complex discussions, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investor relations and rating agencies.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, change and prioritize in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial concepts and processes, with a focus on optimizing processes, and enhancing corporate intelligence.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
