You'll collaborate with stakeholders to assess audience readiness, update processes, and develop effective communication tactics. This role will enable you to bridge technical and non-technical teams to boost the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our product and service delivery.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
    • Business Systems Consultant II: $93,000 - $103,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Business Systems Consultant III: $100,000 - $125,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead change management strategies, clarify approach to business stakeholders, and gain acceptance across both technical and business teams.
  • Determine readiness and flexibility of teams for upcoming Quality Assurance Program changes while listening for resistance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication and training plans.
  • Facilitate information gathering and assess results, comparing current state with the desired future state, providing gap analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive advocacy for improvement leveraging data, feedback, and constant engagement with associates of all levels

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management with a focus on large, cross functional, complex work efforts.
  • Experience applying processes, tools and techniques to meet or exceed business objectives including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes.
  • Experience delivering projects on time with clear organization and high attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Strong learning and critical thinking skills.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with change management and implementation of a Quality Assurance Program.
  • Experience supporting leaders and teams through complex changes. 
  • Experience working with development and engineering teams.
