Join our Enterprise Data Science team as a Full Stack Software Engineer and help build cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions that transform the way we do business. This is a hands-on, collaborative role focused on turning innovative ideas into practical tools. We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build AI-powered applications that support internal operations across the organization. You’ll work alongside AI engineers, data scientists, and UX architects to develop secure, scalable systems that integrate generative AI and other advanced techniques. This is a hands-on, collaborative role focused on turning innovative ideas into practical tools.

  • Estimated Salary: $125,000-$150,000, plus annual bonus opportunity, and commission.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborate-functionally with AI engineers, data scientists, and UX architects to reimagine internal business processes, empowering users to focus on high-value work while leaning on custom AI tools .
  • Contribute across the full engineering lifecycle—from early-stage brainstorming through architecture, development, testing, and deployment—within a cross-functional team.
  • Ship AI systems as user-facing microservices, iterating on interaction patterns that maximize adoption and measurable impact..
  • Integrate AI into enterprise workflows using full-stack technologies, while aligning with architectural best practices and approved CDKs to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Build robust tooling to support AI quality assurance,  auditability, observability, and cost control—enabling responsible and efficient AI operations across the organization. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • 2+ years building and deploying production-grade applications in Python, using infrastructure as code and leveraging AWS services, particularly Bedrock, SageMaker, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and infrastructure as code (CDK).  
  • Front-end development skills paired with a strong grasp of UX principles.  
  • Understanding of observability, auditability, and responsible AI practices.  
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and under-defined problems—delivering robust, scalable solutions in fast-moving environments.  
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of thriving in cross-functional settings. 

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or analytical fields (Mathematics, Data Science, etc.), or equivalent experience.
  • Proven curiosity and depth in human-centered AI and cognitive science, with hands-on experience analyzing user behavior and designing systems that enhance user competence.  
  • Working knowledge of generative AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AWS Strands), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures (vector databases, rerankers), and enterprise AI deployment pipelines.  
  • Demonstrated interest in algorithmic innovation beyond generative AI.
